AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
5x 95# Thrusters
7x 95# Hang Power Cleans
10x 95# Sumo Deadlift Highpulls
4 Rounds + 5 Thrusters, 7 Cleans, 1 SDHP
SDHPs were brutal.
